Missing Arizona Woman Found Safe Near Essex

Massive search underway for Arizona woman missing in Montana

She was airlifted by Two Bear Air and Flathead County authorities and then transported to West Glacier to be examined for possible injuries and meet with her parents. Family members said she stopped in Montana on her way to Alaska where she has a job managing a bakery.

A woman who went missing after going on a hike with her dog in Montana has been found alive, according to family members, CBS Chicago reports. Connelly reportedly did not have a cell phone with her, when she went hiking. "It's stressful, but know that she has her dog".

Connelly said she only had a sweater and overalls with her, but was able to survive by drinking from creeks and finding shelter under trees. "I have to go back out there", said Maeve Connelly, Madeline's siter.

"I feel like an idiot, honestly", she added. Please join your prayers with ours for her safe return as search crews continue to hunt for her. Her vehicle was found at the Bear Creek trailhead near Essex.

Kalispell Regional Medical Center tells MTN News that Madeline Connelly, 25, was brought to the hospital and has been released. I had no idea that all of this other stuff had been going on.
